Unless you have a BIG "lawn tractor" You will probablly be disapointed. They just aren't heavy enough to do much with a blade and they tend to get stuck pretty easy so you would need to plan to put tire chains on too. Best would be a med size tractor with loader and or back blade.
The dang inspectors are good for nothing. They would not allow the drainfield to be logically placed downhill from the septic tanks, and then they signed off 3X on the system, never catching that the pipes were not connected between the house and the tanks. We moved in before the house was done, basement was still being worked on, but sealed from the rest of the house to control the dust. Sewage backed up and came out the basement shower. Builder came and yelled at Alex who was 3 at the time for flushing toys down the toilet (which he did not do!). My friend was here landscaping at the time and quietly opened a tank and noticed it was completely dry. He then took his backhoe and dug to show the builder that there were no pipes from the house to the tank! I hate having a septic pump. We have not yet had problems with it, but I remember the 8 day outage (our generator worked then) and all the neighbors had to use our toilets because their tanks were overflowing! Having the ability to flush and shower during a power outage is a nice thing. Everyone bought generators after that, but nearly everyone must have gotten rodent nests, because I did not hear a single generator in my neighborhood this week! Everything was dark.
He is an idiot, I could have done better with my wee desk & T-square here, and I know so could have WA4-HPoultryMom who is also architecturely trained.
The issue is that every egress door you have is blocked, and that should have been STOPPED by the permit inspectors.
I saw it instantly when I was there in summer.
The guy has to be a flaming idiot !
