I should have pics tomorrow and will post then. There are 6 basic designs but since they are all hand made they are each different. See I make some short, some med and some tall. Some are stand up some are leaning forward. And then Steve paints and they are all just a little different but we are doing Easter type colors. They are $5.00 each or 2 for $10.00

I will be shopping for a deathrow dog that does not cost a fortune when my pup passes away. due to my hearing/sight I have to have a dog with me when I sleep.... or you could have a party in my bedroom and I'd never know.

Rainwolf, I just got this mental picture of the DOG having a big party in your bedroom and you never knowing. :lau

:yuckyuck

ok what is it how much and Its cute!
I wanna puppy..... maybe I'll get one in a couple weeks.

lol it is a 12 day old miniature pinscher puppy, very fat and happily snoozing. hopefully she grows up to be as good a show dog as her mom and dad :) and just for anyone interested the seattle kennel club show is coming up, march 10 and 11 at the qwest events center in Seattle.

OK I need a little help (OK maybe more than just a little ). I need a few "special" "T" shaped straight pins. Like the ones used in biology when dissecting critters. I only need 3. I am going to make a display of bees for educational purposes.

Milanary pins can be found in sewing/craft dept at Wal Mart...I do not have any or I'd mail ya some.

Sorry CL. Looks like you'll have to buy another one.
If you haven't unplugged it and replugged it I'd do that.
Also you never know but a last resort you could do a restore.

Well, it is an ancient mousie...and probably past it's time.
But it has snowed enough last night to make me NOT want to drive 1 1/2 hrs OVER the MT here to Aberdeen..............

DD has a science fair project to do this spring. She wants it to involve chickens. We have an incubator and she was thinking she wanted to hatch chicks, but I'm not so keen on that; I really do not need another chicken!

She has a T-shirt that has on it: "I love chickens, they know EVERYTHING!" I got to thinking; maybe she can train some of our bantam roosters to run through obstacle courses; it would give her a project and the little roos something to do to earn their keep.

Can it be done? Has anyone tried it?

So..........After all my pen nets were wasted by the big snow last month (and freezing rain) we tore the raggedy hunks off & tossed them all.
Then just bought 2 more huge nets, each 30 x 50.
I have not put them up until yesterday a pair of hawks decided to sit in a big spruce & watch my pens............
So I decided despite the icy rain I better put the nets up.
So I got 1 up on the chick pen, and hung it there barely.

It is hard to do & get it stretched in all 4 directions evenly, sagging in the middle until I run 50 pound monofilament under the net for support.

Which I planned to do today.

Then it snowed !!!!!!!!!

Hopefully the 1 " of snow melts off fast !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
