Russ. Yes, those are very heavy. My Dad had a few of those I remember them well. Think his file cabinets were from the same manufacture not sure but they were heavy also.

They are perfect for shop/garage work though !
I have seen anvils screwed down on those desks !
You can pound on them & all stays in good shape !
Heavy drawers work great for car parts or other heavy items also.

So my sister and her roommate were fighting (like most roommates do) and her roommate agreed to move out. She moved out today and left my sister a parting gift--she peed on my sister's BED! Who does that? Especially someone with a psychology degree that needs a job?!? My sister called the cops...not sure what they'll do but my sister is going to take her to small claims court to get her to buy a new mattress for her (my sister's mattress is less than 7 months old!)

Good luck proving it was the room mate that did it !
have to get pee samples & compare DNA ????

Apparently, Amazon is now selling hatching eggs, too! I'm going to have to check it out...since BYC's classifieds are turning out to be worthless.

Getting slower everyday, maybe we have saturated this "listening audience" ?

Well, my family experience with small claims court....you go to court...if you win - now you have to get someway to get them to pay. You may have to spend further dollars to force them to pay. That is what happened to my mother. Even though it was "awarded" to her...she never saw a dime.

Well--it looks like her roommate was peeing in a pitcher or something--saved it up for at least a week....poured it all over the bed...soaked the mattress! Speaking of saturated..........LOL

Well I can't post anymore ads until I close a bunch??!? Makes it pretty pointless when I have 10+ breeds laying and 10+ breeds of hatching eggs available now...I guess I have to pick & choose which ones to sell and which to list on other sites?

Well, I was a very good girl & stayed off line all day yesterday and counted every stick in the house plans, headers, studs & all so we can order lumber soon.


Today I am supposed to get to work on the hen painting for the Buckeyes..............after that comes the Cock painting.
Teresa, the T-birds are doing great & eating like the cutest fuzzy little piggies.

Tonight is Sweet & sour chicken, egg foo young with shrimpies & stir fry veggies, and DH gets a few egg rolls.

Well, I better get myself back to work here...............later peeps !
