It looks nice when it's green. Remember this is the desert, so in another month or two, anything I don't water will be brown. If I remember I'll take and post a pic in Aug and you'll see the difference.

Hey, BYC WA peeps!
Been a long time!
Life is starting to get back to normal. Radiation is over.
I had my final check on my skin today and things are healing up great!
I have a new level of sympathy for burn victims. Wowsa!
Sorry to anyone that needed an answer or info from me in the last couple of months.
I did not realize how zapped I was going get.
Now that I am coming out of it, I can see how bad it was.
My kids are grateful to have their mom back!
I still take naps but am feeling soooo much better.
On the chicken side of life, We are having to beat off the broodys with a stick.
We sold 3 chickens that we hatch last spring to a friend and 2 of them have shared a hatch!
Very cool, indeed!
There is no way I can get caught up on all the missed stuff, so I just want to say...

to the many new peeps!

You will bring the birds on Friday? My work address is 2520 W. Washington Ave. It is airport property (the building we have even has a hanger). You'll see the big truck and travel trailer parked and ready to go! Hit me up on my cell phone (PM to come) and I'll run out to the truck. If you could be there around noon - that would be awesome!

Oh Heck! the Airport?? Piece of cake!! That's kind of what I meant about going out to Wiley city!! It's a fair piece and I need to go to Coastal anyway, and yea, I'll spare you the trip!! LOL!! and ya know it's hot as all get out so it smells like......

Anyway! I told SB to send it my snail mail, no problem, then everyone still has cash in their pocket!!

I must say, you two are amazing! Thank you both sooooo much!! i broke the news to the old man and he did not freak!

so sorry, I never even thought about it. He is coming to my house to build me a coop. do you think I could put 2 and 2 together to figure it out that he could bring you babies? DUH!!!!

Ha Ha! that is funny! Our small world is getting smaller by the minute.. lol I have to build my coop this next week. Sigh. I am tired of chickens in my house.. lol

Ah, yes. We just got home from a quick jaunt to Boise. Even this early in the year(well according to the wiring in my brain for what early is)
it was already looking brown and dead there. Didn't much care for that part but I would relish more sun and summer. We may end up moving there someday so it will be like when I grew up in CA. One thing I love about the west side... fir as opposed to pine trees. I prefer the fir.
