I'm sure you could call the feed store and give them your credit card # and the mans name and he could pick it up. but if that is a problem, I get off work at 9:30am tommorrow and could have a bag to him by say 11:00am. You went to all the effort of contacting him. so I will let you make the call on what you think is best. we just don't want to get him too much at one time. looks like we have at least the next three months covered.
YOU PEOPLE ARE GREAT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The people at Reber Ranch are pretty nice. I was thinking about heading over there sometime this week, maybe tomorrow.
If I can help, let me know. I'm willing to help out with food or tranport. I live at the Renton end of the Benson.

So nice of you to do this.

I just got a hold of him via email, and asked him that question. I should have an answer for you soon. If Michelle is taking Nov., you take Dec. And I will take Jan. or Feb. depending on what rainplace wants. I will post when I here how much food they need.

I have 31 and use 3 1/2-4 50lb bags a month. It depends on how much they're able to forage. If they're in a pen I'd figure it at 50lbs a week. Great job everybody. I wish I was in a better position to help--one of these days!

I can do one each month, so I don't need to pick a month. If he's going through 3 to 4 bags a month, then I'll commit for nov, dec, jan, and feb. I wish he lived closer because I have access to the produce departments trimmings everyday.

We can all do one a month for however long we can. If 4 of us do it then they are covered for a pretty long while. What do you all think? I am going to talk to RonB tomorrow, so I can let him know what we decide. We can see what Michelle says about the feed store tomorrow. Imp, do you want to PM her and see if you can take one or two bags to them, check things out? RonB was thinking that maybe the family is also in need? I know we can't take care of everyone, But maybe some of us can help out one family. You could scope it out and maybe see if you can ask a few questions to see how they are doing.

Edit for sp and missing words. I am really tired!

Not to worry. I can handle a bag or 2 easily. I'm fairly close to Reber Ranch. It's on Kent's East Hill and I'm always looking for an excuse to hit the Home Depot or Mclendon's right down the street. If pick up is needed.
