I grieve for the officers wives and husband. The A hole is just a waste of humanity, and he has taken something necessary from the children of these officers.
Everyday I watch my next neighbor struggle to raise her 2 boys, without the wonderful husband and father that these boys needed, and deserved. We needed Shane Wyrsch in our lives to protect all of us, and to make the areas that are protect by the Forest Service safer.
To lose 5 officers in the line of duty in the past month or two is just overwhelming. I know that the law enforcement community will be with the families 24/7 for the next week, and they will do as good a job as they can to help these families. But the loss of a parent, and spouse will forever impact the lives of the survivors. This day I cry, and my heart continues to bleed. I hate the fact that losing officers will continue to part of the fabric of our communities. I wish we could change that.
