Anna, Have you gotten them to squate, then rubbed their backs? You can do it kind of rough. Then when you are done they walk off and shake out their feathers. It's really funny.
You are only getting part of the entertainment! Try it next time you are out there. They arch their back, tail up, and everything!
Got the place rented tonight. They have a coffee maker, we have to bring coffee. They have tables, chairs, microwave, no utensils, no table cloths(if we want them, we bring them). I will be there at 12:15 on the 28th, we have it rented from 12:30 to 5:30. I will get plastic utensils, napkins, and some serving utensils. But plan on bringing a serving spoon or spatula with your food if it needs one.
Weaveagarden, are you up for maybe bringing your home roasted coffee?
I think it would be a good idea to get juice boxes for the kids, and they would have to drink them in the kitchen and dining area. They don't want fruit juices on the dance floor because it stains and takes the finish off the floor. So I thinkg we can set all the food up in the kitchen area and then set tables up in the dining area and in the hall area. Should work fine. Parking should be fine, there is a parking lot and there should be parking on the street.
