If there's a run to this area, I'd like to also get a back of Poultry Special and a bale of straw for my gf who is not a regular BYC'er. She has a coop of 6 hens in Tacoma, and one of them is "ours". Which doesn't mean much except I picked her out to be mine so I get eggs. I get the girls special treats sometimes. Do we pre-pay Scott to get an order on his truck?
Edited because I meant straw and now after seeing other's post, we may rethink the straw after all. My gf is thinking she may not need that much. But we definitely would like to try at least one bag of Poultry Special!
the straw bales are "1/2 bales" only about 30-50lbs each I think they are perfect sized for city yards. I use them in the winter coop then when I clean the coop I place the straw in the garden to be tilled in soon. (I have a large area for garden for a city lot)
Would you be able to pick up from Pacific/auburn area?
You pay at time of pickup (JB that is correct for Pacific too right?)
I am the Drop site for North Seattle and I pay for all the feed and when you pick up from me you pay me. This way Scott gets paid at 1 time and pay at pickup means no one is out any money until they get feed in hand. (I might end up with more feed then I planned if someone does not pick up but I have goats and birdies to eat it all
) I do not charge any extra for being a drop site/care taker so all I ask is that once the feed has been delivered ya all come get the feed out of my poor van asap! poor thing gets over a ton dumped in it for storage on delivery day. 1 ton + in a poor littl 1/2 ton van (not moving while loaded)
