Yes, I had emailed yesterday and got this response today. Below are the questions I had asked and the answers I received. If I understand correctly, the seller is in Tacoma. Are you interested in this incubator? I'm in no hurry, so feel free to contact the seller if you are. I could always pick it up for you and meet you at Southcenter to hand it off if that would be easier for you!

Hi, I'm interested in your ad, if I could please get a little more information. Do you still have the incubator? How much has it been used? What kind of condition is it in? Does it have an egg turner? Do you have the original instructions? I'm interested in incubating a few eggs, but this would be my first time so want to make certain it is in good working condition and relatively easy to use. Are you in Tacoma?
Thank you,
D. Galagan

Yes. One season. Vevy good condition. The egg turner costs $30.00. Paperwork comes with it. Children find it a delight to watch the progress and hatching process.

Edited because I had second thoughts about posting the seller's phone number for everyone to see. Rainwolf - if you're interested PM me and I can contact the seller, pick it up for you and make arrangements to meet you with it sometime. I only work 3 half days/week so time's not as much of an issue for me.

thanks Clyde

Well they have just started laying a couple weeks ago and seem to be getting bigger. But I would say they are getting close to a small that you would get in the store.

So did you pluck or skin the birds?

They planned to skin em. I don't know because after the hatchett work was done I was fired! No wait ya can't fire volunteers. I was relieved of my duties as I was no longer needed.

Well that wasn't very fair. All it takes a bit of practice to use a hatchet. lol DH does the dirty deed at our house. I am going to have to get tougher this year, and try the pruning shears.

Do the cone it is much easier and less mess IMO. Just put a bucket under make a little slice and hold the head still so they don't splatter everywhere. We plan on me making a metal cone with stand for us and the neighbors to use in the future.
