Hold onto your hats......

.....I just heard on the news that they are calling for 5 to 10 inches of snow for us on the East side of the Mtns and then high winds.....so they will potentially be putting out blizzard warnings tomorrow. I would think the blizzard warnings are more for the Moses Lake, Davenport, Grand Coulee area...as that is more flat....they will get bad drifts. But we get drifts here too.

I am tired of snow.

Well hope everybody is doing ok with the snow. We got about 2" overnight and it is now snowing a lot of tiny flakes. And to think that I did our town run yesterday when I coulda waited and been on the road with all the crazies today!!!! Looks like it may be a good day to do minimum required outside and spend the rest of the day setting by the wood stove surfing BYC.

Alright you.... you are an instigator aren't you? you were the kid that kicked the baby and then blamed it on your sister/brother/cousin.....etc. Sheesh.

What I was saying was my BYC friends and the once removed is like a cousing once-removed ....ya know famly, but not quite? So my BYC family and the friend who had the chicks for sale (not someone on BYC) is once removed. Did I explain this correctly now. Sheesh. no wonder no one will ever talk to me....you, you, you......trouble maker.

OK, schools are closed and the nasty fluffy stuff is finally sticking. Coming too is the cold winds and maybe a ligthning show.
I can just see it now. There's going to be 3 frozen duckies tumbling in the duck tractor like it is a clothes dryer. (minus the heat)
I think I had better go get me some gasoline and the instructions for the generator.
I don't want my incubator to quit running. I have a duckie in there!! Last checked...it was still doing the duckie boogie.

Do you experienced BYCer let your birds out in cold weather or do you keep them inside the coop??
