So I heard Sadie is feeling better the past few days. Is she still continuing to improve?
YES! And over the last (almost) week is acting like a puppy and has grown like a weed. Definitely not underweight anymore.
Thanks for asking. It's hard, because we don't want to baby her too much but sure pulled our heart strings. Now to re-amp our training routines. And we'll be able to start tapering her steroids in the next few days (she'll be finished with it in the next 4-6weeks then) and restart her vaccine protocol in 2-3 weeks.
Right now, we're getting up ~4x each night for her to eliminate

Kim that would be Chickielady. I don't know how she did it but I can give ya some ideas until she pipes up. hole saw in a drill, sawzall, sabre saw, razor/utility knife, keyhole saw, (or large caliber gun
). however you do it just be careful and WEAR STURDY GLOVES.
CR - you are just like my husband!! When he installed my new light fixture in the bathroom, there was no hole in it for the toggle switch, and he didn't have a drill bit the right size, but ya know....a .45 casing is about that big...I'm just glad he took it OFF the wall before he shot it! .....yeah, I am SO not kidding...
Oh my gosh you all have been busy. I spent yesterday in the hospital with my son again. He had lots of tests done and had a spinal again to see if the mengitis was back. Than they did a test to see if he has something thats eating his brain..
I just dont know how much of this we can take. Dont get the tests back till monday, they wanted him to stay in the hosital but he said now he wanted to go home..
We really dont think he has the brain thing becasue she said it would make him mean and hes not..
I have to try and eat now than I'll be back on later, oh the hen that was on the eggs well she got off of them so I have them in the incubator hope they are ok, will candle them tonight when its dark and clean them off they are nasty
