The neighbor is a big time hunter and gun guy so he said if he gets the chance, the "situation" will be delt with. Couple years ago the cougar ate the neighbors cat and came back for his dog the next day. Thankfully he was there and had his gun close. Nope, maybe a slight breeze. Just enough to sway the grass a bit.
Snow is melted & the temps should go up to mid 40s today.
