Man it is super howling wind here, but it feels good, nice & warm..must be 55 out, I like it.
Going out to open coops this morning I was struck dumb (LOL) by the most awesome song birds..a flock in a tree in the woods ..had the most beautiful song notes, really cool to hear a noise drift through the woods, moving, but you cannot see what is making the noise, it is almost all around you, yet about 1 song.
We get a migration of ee ee birds too, ee ee cuz they kind of making a hissing ee ee tea pot noise, and they fly , fast, at tree top level.
You can hear the buzz coming, it almost makes the hair stand up on your neck and makes you want to run !
Just about then the flock ZOOMS over head & is gone.
Hundreds or thousands of little ee ee birds.
From afar they sound like something big, in the woods, hissing.

Broodytood: I have been wanting to tell you that I love the avatar and I want that handbag. That is just too incredibly cute.

BTW, I forgot whose hen it is that is running at them (the big grey sheep - as she was called) is so cute. I think it is hilarious that she was going to knock you down for a treat. Love the view of the photo.

Okay, haven't been here for a while. So was there anything anyone was asking of me or needed of me?

Woke up to some CRAZY windstorm today!!

At least it isn't cold or frozen though. I've got year old pepper plants indoors who tried flowering a month ago and quit, and this time I don't want the temps to make them quit again. This time I can actually see the white flower inside, too. . . . Can't wait to see fruit!!

Chicky, Won't know about the show until the Friday before. I kind of don't get motivated too well about venturing too far although I know once I'm in the truck and on the road I'll get eggcited. Just wish there was someone else near Gig Harbor, Key Pen, Port Orchard who was going. I'd get more eggcited if I had some company for the drive. Anyone? I would only be going for the day.
