it may depend on what time of day --- there are a couple of teen boys in the neighborhood -- but I was more thinking we would attach come-along straps to it, and shift it from his trailer to our little one (using the Trooper to pull the straps)

that way he wouldn't have to take the trailer off the pavement

then "dumping" it off our trailer later on, onto a foundation

alternatively, our construction-guy neighbor has a forklift -- IF he's home

both of us seniors --- strong enough "for our ages" but definitely not teenagers
DS still acts and thinks he is a teenager even though he's middle aged and a grandpa .. LOL
but he has shoulder issues from playing too much competitive volleyball

Know anyone with a tractor? I'm thinking of getting one and if they can get it loaded on my landscape trailer we have big straps we rig up for the bucket on the tractor and move all kinds of heavy stuff. We even moved a couple of hot tubs once.

Taxes are on the agenda this weekend. Are you aware of any cheap or free programs. I have issues with paying to get my own money, just seems wrong.
I usually do 1040 and itemize. Last year I looked on-line but "chickened" out cause I didn't know what was legit.
Didn't think to go to the IRS site.

I totally understand but lets not even go there. I have been dealing with all this cackle spackle for DW since she had the stroke in 2006. The very most important thing to remember is that they count on people getting frustrated with it all and just giving up. The squeeky wheel gets the grease. I ended up going to Then congressman Brian Baird (he was a good friend of my employer). Then things started to happen. Your reps are (supposed to be) there for you go to them.

I just told this evry thing to Cheryl, who needs to be tested for a very real possibility of life threatening disease that is extremely prominent in her family.
Despite her symptoms, and family history, she LOOKS ok, so I think the docs see her as normal and healthy.
Seriously, if she had big sores or was unable to walk..maybe the docs would test her for disease.
They said unless she is blind, or pregnant or disable or over 65 or some such, she will get no medicaide.
I told her to contact her congress person..and many hospitals have donations for just this sort of thing..I wish she could just get a consultation with an Oncologist..she is a very hard working American for crying out loud!!

They are really hoping you will give up. It is really hard to do without a lawyer which is stupid...should not need a lawyer to get anything from our own Gov. Keep fighting!

I have had a lawyer on the case now for years. He has a huge file that documents the pain and disabilities that I am dealing with.

Whats required for state disability? My DH is on and off Federal Disability but I didn't know there was State also. Even $266 will help if we can add it to his Federal. Bummer though if you can't get the Federal. Once DH qualified there was still a 6 months waiting period. They wanted you to be disabled with no income for 6 months, I guess to make sure you were really disabled! And thats when payments began, there was nothing retroactive.

nope cant supplement that 266 bucks at all, if they catch you they kick you off. I am not sure how anyone can live on 266 a month...I chose to cancel the app for disability and work if I can. I could not keep gas and insurance on a car for that amount in a month. My mom says...now I know why the disabled live in their cars and under bridges...how sad is that?

Check amazon.com. I got the H&R Block At Home (formerly TaxCut) for $24.99 plus tax. The price seems to vary daily. This version has the 5 free e-files plus 1 state return (my youngest lives in OR). I've used it for several years and have 2 Sch. C's to do.
