We had a rough time but you would never know it now.. Children are wonderful I wish I could have had more.. but hay thats why Im a bus driver now. LOL

Please keep reminding me how wonderful children are and how thank ful I should be. My almost 18 you DS has a real attitude problem and really needs to move out while he still knows everything. DH is of no help. He does not want to get drawn into our "problems". It is heart breaking and I am presently crying my eyes out: 1. Because of DS's attitude and his disrespect and how mean and rude he can be. and 2. How inconsiderate and how selfish and how thoughtless DH can be. I am so upset.

I am sorry...enough about me and my trivial issues...these are nto even problems. There are real people with real problems out there. Sorry, I just needed a minute to whine and feel sorry for myself.

Ohmy gosh I so understand my son the youngest one is a pain in the ash can I say that you know ash from my pellet stove..

Just bugged
Are you out there? Did you get the eggs? Are you ok? Im worried now...

I had 4 chicks hatch today 2 Wheatons and 3 Wheaton/bcm cross they are just so darn cute... Once I start hatching it takes a act of war to get me to stop.. The war is with my husband telling me there is no more room for chicks... LOL

I have the same thing going through my head with this gigantic snow chicken MOT!!!!!!!!!
He is HUGE and white oh so white, and everytime I clean him up, he is back in the mud.
The pullets are completely muddy from him jumping on them even though they all have saddles on....I have quit trying to keep him clean.
he will get a bath tomorrow & put in a bug crate on wood shavings, and hopefully the giant snow chicken does not find yet another way to soil himself all up, or snap a sickle feather..or spur the wire or scrap his rosecomb!!!

I totally understand. LOL. I am so hurt right now. My 15 yo DS is hanging out in my room, using my Iphone for his Facebook fix, but he is also here because he knows I am hurt. He is a very sensitive kid...he also is a typical teenager...but he is a fixer. None of this is his fault. I am so crushed right now.

I understand ash...yep....my almost 18 yo is absolutely an ash tonight. tomorrow he will be wanting something from me and I will be like "really?"

Wow, That is GREAT NEWS!!!! About the only happy thing I've heard from Japan all week! I bet you are all celebrating tonight. That lifted my mood, and I don't even know you!

Hopefully they have some food in their kitchen so they do not need to go outside so much for the rice balls - but I guess cooking without power would be a problem.

Sounds like their home suffered very little damage for such a HUGE quake; my parents home had much more from the much smaller Loma Prieta Quake in 89, but they were only about 7 miles from the epicenter. I think we all need to take a look at how the Japanese construct their buildings, even people whose homes were destroyed by the tsunami were commenting on how little damage their was to their homes from the quake.

But they need help!
Food and water and get out of the house, it sounds like the whole house has a tweaked frame!!!
OMG so scarey!!!

Oh I so hear you, I was telling a woman at work today that kids get harder as they age, and I think someone should have told me this to start with. I said something like I dont know if I'll survive this...

Are the hens from the eggs you got from me last year?

The eggs are from Blue Copper Marans from Madelyn belle, and the Blue Ameraucanas I got from her too, bred together I got these eggs.
The eggs I got from you hatched well and sold alot of the OE birds out, CR has some right now, and apparently one is broody !
I kept 2 of them and they are laying great olive eggs!!!
