I ain't no rocket (or egg) scientist but I think you are right about the color Coming from papa. See around here DW has the rule that we are NOT ALLOWED to have anything thart lays those NASTY WHITE EGGS !!!!! Hey maybe you could interest Ron.

Orpingtons lay pretty pinkish brown eggs.

I don't think there is any trait that comes from only one parent. If you consider, both parents have two alleles for each trait. They will pass on one of those alleles to the offspring, making it a pairing again in the offspring, one from mom, one from dad.

Ugg! What an insane morning... Up at 5, to my first job by 6, at second job by 7:45. The my car wouldnt start, cant pop the hood without a second person, as the car has front end damage. Had to call my mother and have her come help me pop my hood, just to find out that the battery ground cable is BARELY on, not even finger tight. Now I'm sitting here waiting for my sister to arive, and my brothers girlfriend to show up as well. I was planning on leaving at 9AM, now I'm hoping to be out of here by 9:30. Still gotta fill up the car, and catch the boat!!!

NOTHING is going smoothly today, and I would really like to go back to bed.

I want to start the day over again!!!

Hope everyone is having a better day than I am. But at least the sun is out!!!
