You can sign an note allowing someone else to act as your agent at coop-out- I did this with Steve Waters at Stockton. No problem.

I just looked at my printed catalog and the only thing I see is in the events schedule. They ONLY LIST coop in starting at 3:00pm friday and They ONLY LIST coop out after awards on sunday. For what its worth.

I've done it a couple times now.

You're complaining? I'm sorry but just 200 miles to Seattle or Monroe is a 5 1/2 hour drive for me. ONE way.

You've got a relatively open highway trip all the way there. . . .

Sorry to steal your thunder though.

Chicken Rustler, believe me, I have SCOURED that catalog for ANY contact info... the ONLY one if Mary Leatherman reference the bird auction; I have emailed her and left a voice message. I am now going to look up the website for the club and hope they have some usable contact info. THere is APA contact info in the catalog, but I am assuming they wouldn't have anything to do with the nuts and bolts of running the show?

To whomever gave me the butterfly bush: I am sorry. (I think it was broodytody)....It was doing so well. I was going to plant it this weekend...I was figuring out a nice place for it....

....I just got home for lunch and the "puppies" evidently thought it was astick to play with. The planter was upturned and the "sprig" gone. I searched all over the yard to see if I could find it to try and save it...no such luck....I think I will go and wander around and give it one more try to find it. Dang dogs.

Ooh, I know THAT feeling (dang dogs eating bushes and plants!) sorry! That's a shame...

OK,I went to the PNPA site and came up with two contacts. I have left phone messages for both of them. Now I sit back and just pray they will not expect people to stay three days away from home (not possible!) or drive 3 days in a row several hundred miles (also not possible in this economy!)

I'll let you guys know when I hear anything....

It was me. We got a rescue dog (that had been beaten and starved) about 2 yrs ago that has major anxiety attacks when we leave home w/o him. He digs to get relief. So far I have lost 5 clematis, 3 boxwood, 2 barberry, and 2 spirea. He doesn't just dig them up, he chews the root ball off so that they are dead dead by the time we find them. So I so know what you are going through! We put him in the kennel now with a big bone to help him when we are gone.
I hoping to root some this year so if it's toast I'm hoping to have more later!
