Which reminds me. It looks like I'm going to have extra cockerels, too. Do you think I should try to sell them or what? At what age would one process cockerels if I were so minded?

There is an old timer here in kingston that my family has taken in. His kids all live up north near Blaine. Well 8 years ago he lost his wife to *C*, just as he was getting back to a normal ruitine in life. He was running a trac hoe, backing it up to dig a hole. Didn't see his 2 year old Grandson behind the tracktor.

He passed imediately. I dont think I could handle that, pretty sure I would completely lose it. Poor Charlie has had to carry the death of his granchild, on top of the loss of his wife.

These stories are so sad. I can't imagine living like that, the pain of those memories would be a punishment every day. Thank you for looking after your neighbors. I hope your kindness eases his pain.

Oh, my heart is broken for him! That is a constant fear I have when I am on our tractor! Kids just don't always think and you can't hear when the machine is running! I will pray for him!
