My kids want to enter their ducks and chickens in the fair this year. Anyone know where we would go for a health certificate in Spokane?

All out-of-state poultry entering Washington State for EXHIBITION purposes must be accompanied by a Certificate of Veterinary Inspection (health certificate)

All in-state poultry going to exhibit must test negative for Salmonella Pullorum-Typhoid (p-T). This rule applies to chickens, exotic fowl, and game birds;
but excludes waterfowl, doves, and pigeons. Exhibitors that meet one of the two options below do not need to have their birds P-T tested prior to exhibit:
1. The exhibitor is a participant in the National Poultry Improvement Plan (NPIP); or
2. Within the past twelve months, the show birds were bought from NIPI participants, hatcheries, or feed stores.
Exhibitors that do not meet the criteria above must test negative for P-T within 90 days of going to exhibit. Exhibitors can meet the requirements using
options below:
1. A veterinarian, vet tech or trained personnel can draw ½ cc of blood from each bird and send the samples to the WSU Avian Health and Food
Safety Laboratory in Puyallup; or

the Favorelle and Brabanter were from a small family owned feed store, the owners breed them, in Spanaway(I'm in Spokane). The buff Orpington just from a feed store here, they don't want to enter her. The ducks from a feed store here.
I just read more and it's out of state birds that need a health certificate. We need Salmonella Pullorum-Typhoid testing. Still not sure where to get that.
I just saw the list of the APA recognized breeds and Brabanters aren't on it. So guessing Tiki probably can't be entered.
