Well, I got moved downstairs!

my platelets are up to 97,000 and my liver enzymes are going back down to where they should be. It could go home as early as tomorrow but more than likely it will saturday or Sunday. My IVS & cath are out. I have peed on my own twice.

My Black Australorp layed her first egg on Sunday and for the previous 2 weeks I was checking the box multiple times per day. And yes, only chicken folks seem to understand. A new chicken owner in the making?

I passed on the chicken addiction to a sweet young teenage girl and her family! I feel like a pusher!

I went to see her set up and chooks yesterday after work and they have a great setup and fantastic backyard for them to free range!
I was so proud!
But I am still waiting for eggs.

Mine are 21-22 weeks, so I may be waiting a little while longer.

But their combs are getting red and 1 or 2 are squatting.

Well, guess I'll check again tomorrow.

It will be soon.
