OH Yes MINI and DRAFT ?? Would love to get my hands on those. But yes too far away. Keep in mind if you are needing to make a little money you could always take the shoes to a recycler. Current price for prep (which is what shoes are) is $0.1175lb / $235 a ton.

What other items are you looking for? What all can you use? I can keep my eyes open for you and just collect a bunch of stuff. I do plan on making a trip to CL's place at some point this year. lol Just gotta get back on my feet after being out of work for so long. I might have a couple round marine port windows/hatches out of an old tug boat around here somewhere. I know one is brass, cant get rid of that one, but I believe the other is steel... Then theres all sorts of mooring chain, and these HUGE horse shoe nails. They are about a foot long, and an inch thick. I think they are actually called pieling "sp?" nails.

Irish and German. My family and I were just discussing that, how different states have populous certain backgrounds, Washington being Irish and German.
Well, parts of it. MY part is also very Norwegian, Swedish, Danish, and Finnish although I myself am Irish, Welsh, Scottish, and Bohemian in the recent migrants, and English and French in the DAR bits.
There were points in history when there were more Norwegians in Ballard than in Oslo.

ARGH! I was just fussed about welding hoods- my Dad was sloppy (straight-on self-taught farm welder, no surprise) some times and would flip his up when he was trying to make a fine weld, ended up with cataracts on top of his diabetic retinopathy
