Welcome to the person from Port Townsend! We just spent three days in Forks and LaPush doing the Twilight thing with my daughter. She loved it, I loved the beach. It was actually sunny and we stayed in our trailer right by First Beach. So pretty and fun to watch the surfers.

Today I was going to paint the coop, but our old yellow cat seems to have reached the end, so I am just hanging out and spending some last hours with her. Very sad day for us, especially hard for my teens. And that sweet hubby of mine, who will tell anyone he hates cats, has been crying all morning. Yep, lots of tears here today... So hard to say good bye...

Well, parts of it. MY part is also very Norwegian, Swedish, Danish, and Finnish although I myself am Irish, Welsh, Scottish, and Bohemian in the recent migrants, and English and French in the DAR bits.

There were points in history when there were more Norwegians in Ballard than in Oslo.

My DS brought home a kitten on Friday. It's a Pixie Bob.
She is so very cute! Great personality and it has made my lazy kitty a little more active.
He loves playing with her. So hopefully he plays more, sleeps less.
