Mine is an old fashioned bulky one, but I can change the angle on the lamp, and also adjust it from spot light to flood light.

Mine is an old fashioned bulky one, but I can change the angle on the lamp, and also adjust it from spot light to flood light.

Mine can also be tipped up and down.
Adn just to make it clear I was not implying there is anything wrong with VF's (or any body else) light was just trying to share more ideas. And if ya want a real good pocket LED flashlight. Checkout the Leatherman Monarch 500. They are about $30 but I can light the stop sign down at the Hiway. Thats 1/2+ mile. These litle suckers are like a pocket spot light that runs a long time on 3 batteries.

I took it as suggestions for people thinking about buying one to consider. I bought mine because it was there, and it was cheap, and Mr H complains when I ask him to hold a flashlight.

We have several different headlamps, and they are just so convenient, I don't even think about what's better about one over the other!

They are handy for dealing with the birds at night, AND for peeing in the woods when your out camping / hunting!!!

I have a friend (believe it or not) and he is always giving me cackle spackle about my chickens and chicken buddies. Well a couple weeks ago he came out to look at my coops because his wife is "making" him get chickens (yeah right). So today he calls and says he is ready for a coop inspection. I told him I will be going to town in a couple days and can stop by. Just barely hang up and he calls back. Hey you and (as he says in his disrepectful way) yer old lady want to come in for dinner. Seems he really wants an inspection .
I asked him where he is going to get birds and what kind. He says "I want 2 of them little RIR you have and 2 of them other little ones you have that lay colored eggs." I said OK I think I can find some of those. "Nope I only want to buy your birds". Guess I better get to squeeeezin them RIR they been broody and now moulting so I haven't got an egg from them in about 2 months.

This is a batch of Cab, and in the background, a whole slew of "fuit" wines.

The shop smells so good right now with big fermenting buckets full of crushed grapes that are getting juicier every day. On Monday and Tuesday this week we'll be pressing those grapes to get all the beautiful, garnet colored juice out of them, leaving us with some really nice grape skin cakes. Those can be used to make grappa if you have a still, (you know, to make "fuel) or they are wonderful just to spread in your garden.

Do you have a website? We have found it hard to get supplies since we moved from California.
And then comes the bottling!

I tried it and it was not too bad. He's found as long as a fruit or veg has a sugar content you can make wine with it.
