OH: my son was turning on the water so I could wash feed pans the day before Thanksgiving, and said he saw something run under the lawnmower- not a rodent, and as soon as he put his fingers and thumbs together to describe the shape I knew I was right, that I had been hearing a Pacific Toad, hooray, yay, and so on. GREAT slug controller, even better than the garter snakes because they hibernate when it's below 40F. I'd forgotten to include that in things I was grateful for.

DH saw a huge toad hopping across the driveway during last week's typhoon....I wanted to catch it & examine 9I LOVE TOADS & FROGS!!!!)
But he said no way is he going toad chasing in a typhoon with horizontal rain & 80 mph gusts.................sheeesh, I would have, why else would you even be out there??????
I told him he was a squirrel, he said I was a squirrel for loving frogs & toads...sheeeesh....y'all think I love chickens, you should see me with my frog farm!!!

By talking about this roof method maybe others will use it and discover when we use what nature gives us we don't need to spend $$$ on fertilizers etc.

12 feet the leaves, needles come down just like they do out of the tree when blower is used.
Yet, if you haven't blown off your roof in years then you will have chunks that are not going to be just blown out.
And if that is the case lot more to worry about then gunk as one is setting themself up for roof problems.

Concerning the heat pump my neighbor not home today. I noticed your comment about maintance costs.
WTG! Most people just go for cheapest then come to find out the cheapest normally comes back to bite them.
You are very smart to think about long term costs.

Wanted to add: Greg you are doing it the right way, but mass expansion & ultimate grooming required for malls & office complexes is wrong..for the soil & us.
The soil needs to have decomposition, and the debris that fall:leaves, sticks & cones, is what spikes the soil with nitrogen for the next spring....and on it goes.

You can try switching up ibprophen after 2hrs of taking tylenal, just as long as the tylenal is 4hrs & ibprophen is 4hrs, they can be overlapped every 2hrs. I had to do this with my surgeries (c-section yrs ago & wisdom teeth out last yr).

Switching from this to that is not the issue, she needs caffiene.
Caffiene is a regular ingridient in Aspirin products as well as Excedrine as well as "Sports Drinks"
I have never seen caffiene listed as an ingredient, in any chocolate, but I would not say it isn't happening.

I wonder what would happen if i put toad or frog eggs in the detention pond next spring?

You would have alot of song peepers in the early spring & fall, and not so many mosquitos.....nor as much algae growth, as the woggies eat algae.

Thanks Shannon,
but I have some tummy problems so I have been nixed off of the Nsaids - Ibuprofen and aspirin. Nothing acidic (why no coffee or tea). No alcohol. I will know more on Tuesday. But at this time it is not a GI bleed (which is what I was afraid of and made me go to doctor early - just saw the walk in doc).

Sorry I thought I read someone was having an issue but this group moves so fast I can't keep track, hubby already doesn't like me on the computer as much as I am which is alot. 3yrs ago I had major foot problem (platar f something or other), dr told me to take 3 ibprophen 3 times a day. I got tired of it & quit after 6months of it, atleast steadily taking it that way. The pain finally went away when I had a sinus infection & took antibiotics. It was a 2yrs of foot pain. Just this year I have to limit my intake of ibprophen as it plugs me up. I finally got my stomach issues better anyway, at one point I was taking 2 Zantac & 2 24hr meds, dr told me to do this. Finally down to just 1 24hr meds & 1 Zantac, & try not to over stuff myself (easier said then done with the holidays). I have another major sinus infection that's been with me for since Aug, its giving me major headaches. I'm really thinking about calling an ENT dr to see what they can do cause antibiotics aren't doing much. I need to get this done soon as my husband might be getting a new job so that would mean 3mo of no insurance.

Chocolate has naturally occurring caffeine. It wouldn't be listed as an ingredient.

My mom can't have any chocolate due to the caffeine, gives her migraines. Needless to say she doesn't drink anything with caffeine either.
