Thanks for the link! I will try it out next time I butcher, which is usually a couple of times a month.

On thanksgiving we enjoyed some K Vinters Syrah that was quite nice.

I am one of those that are staying with Jbear too...but unfortunately because of tummy issues cannot have wine. I will be having some sort of caffeine though tomorrow...got a migraine tonight.

There is one motel in Centralia that has just been remodeled and is right next to where the banquet will be. Sorry don't know the new name.

Well I hope to be at the fairgrounds at 8 -830 I did get ahold of the WFF chair or membership people and she said I can pay for my membership and the sale cages I want when I get there!! Yea..... my first ever poultry show!! I know it's gonna be fun!!! Got my list started for bringing stuff, guess whats at the top???? Lawn chairs!! LOL

yea? I got on expedia I found two for 38 bucks!! that's cool! so Centralia isn't that far right? I've got like three windows open, the catalog, expedia, and mapquest! LOL trying to figure out logistics!!

Excellent - thank you. I figure that's about what time I'll be arriving myself, with or without DH in tow. If I DO bring him, I just want to warn everyone - he's a character. He's a very smart, sweet, well intentioned man with no filter and lacking any refined social skills. It's just the way he was born. I am so glad I get to attend this year - looking forward to seeing everyone and their chickens!

My hubby does not have a filter or off switch either. I am used to it. No problem here.
