I understandand am in no way trying to talk you awayfrom taking them to the show. BUT if you need them gone by the time you see they aren't going at the show the crowd may be gone at the sale things tend to clear out shortly after the auction is over.

So I was looking up hotels near Raymond over by CL.... there's a Chinese restaurant and hotel!! Probably not the wisest place to stay with a truck full of Muscovy ducks and chickens!! LOL

oh well, I was under the impression you could rent a space there and sell out of your truck?? I went to the website for the yardbirds sale and thats what it said?? hmm... well, not much I can do except try I guess??

Yes that IS TRUE you have the choice of auction which is a sure sale but very little control of price. OR sell from yer truck you set and negotiate prices. What I was trying to relay is that if you stay at the show with them too long then the buyers will most likely be gone at yard birds. See most buyers AND sellers tend to leave shortly after the auction. The auction may be over fast or could go into afternoon. THis week being the first of the month it should be a sellers market.

BTW Yard birds and the Fair grounds are only about a mile or less apart.
