They are all my kids - for sure. We think that she had a couple of strokes. When I talked to the vet the last time....she told me that Brandy had mentally checked out. We thought she had had a stroke earlier too. She had been deteriorating...I was going to take her in after the holidays for a check up.

Here, you can build to the property line, you just have to do it before your neighbor does. I think the buildings have to be at least 3 or 4' apart In the picture of my coop, you can see that her garage/shop (it goes from property line to property line, across the back) is right on the property line. And the shed is exactly 3' from it.

Could you just keep them inside and open up that big door to let them have fresh air? Just a thought

Zgoatlady. No idea. I saw the link else ware and I like to go to those shows to see people's creations.
I know there are some on here who sell like CR and others who do coffee cups etc that might benefit from that show schedule listed.

Some shows their price for space is still back in the good old days they haven't adjusted their price to the current economy which makes it very hard for some crafters to justify selling.
It just amazes me how many people don't understand you can't charge the same space rent you did 5 years ago and expect to get any where near the same amount of crafters and then they wonder why.

Good morning everyone

Our backyard is mahem this morning! Henrietta has decided to lay her first egg since her molt; and is not allowing any of the other girls in the coop. There are five nests - but every time someone sticks there head in the coop - she gets out of her nest and chases them off. For the neighbors sake; if she doesn't lay in the next 20 minutes or so I will go close the coop door so things can progress a little faster. So glad we're getting eggs again, and I'm on vacation this week so I can watch the chicken drama

PS - it looks as if one of Illia's Marans is finally ready as well - she is sticking her head in the coop as if it's her turn (adding to the drama!)
