Good morning! Still trying to look around and discover the new BYC- Cant figure out how to spell check my posts??

I just found it - All the little edit boxes that appear when you write a post, it is the last one, next to the line formatting . I just tried it and it came up with RedRooster and BYC as incorrect!

looks severely frozen here, I think I heard the forecaster say to expect 22* here last night

DH said the chickens did not want to come out into the run when he went to open the pop door (he's a Lark so he usually does it)

once they do, I guess it's time for me to scrape the old sand out of the coop, and put fresh in ... DS is home sick today but could probably carry the sand pack out for me, or at least get it up on my shoulder (I can carry the weight okay, just have to be careful of my back trying to lift something without handles)

my roosts are easily removed, so this looks like a good day to take them out, hose them down, and sprinkle them with DE after they dry out and get their ration of UV .....

nest box will get a fresh load of shredded paper too
