so i finally got seeds in the mail for my soils 302 class.
i have one pound of one variety of oats....
i also have 10oz of Purple Hullless Barely.

somewhere i have to find room in my little room to grow 3 trays.... and i just read on the seed packet.... gets to 3 feet tall........  its going to be a jungle in my room  
i think i have room under my sewing table for it.....  its not going to get much sunlight... my room faces west..... and i keep my curtains closed most of the time....

That architect knew where you were living...and should have done a bit different design !
So you cannot get in the garage, nor the front door, so did you have to hike up around the back to go in the pool room ???????

What gets me is the architecht is from ALASKA and has designed many businesses in downtown Ketchikan and the public elementary in Juneau and we saw them. I think he was just jealous of Microsoftee's.

I just gottext from T HI. She said she got text back from blueducklings. They are OK just been busy working. Also seems blue hurt her back a couple weeks ago and can't set at the computer much.

I just tried calling Karen again (birdnbeast)...no answer.  Left another message.  I only know what town she lives in, don't know where exactly, so I can't go investigating....  :/

I will dig through my stuff again look for her cell.....I know I have it here somewhere!!!!!!!!!!!!
Cannot imagine (yes I can) why she would not answer her home phone OR puter e-mails..............either power is out or she may have been flooded.
I know she told me she had people buy the property up the hill from her who disliked cockerels crowing.............

well we could not answer our phone because the phones were out too, as well as power, water, and cell towers

occasionally we would get a dial tone but mostly just silence

occasionally this screechy noise but no dial tone

we got water back for part of the day, our community well has a propane powered pump, but we were running low on propane so it was on for just a few hours, to let us flush toilets, etc

got the generator running for a little bit and hurray there was a functioning modem for internet service, but not much battery power on laptop (yes I know enough not to try to run laptop using generator power, so will sign off when my battery runs out, right now says I have 20 minutes left)

He is an idiot, I could have done better with my wee desk & T-square here, and I know so could have WA4-HPoultryMom who is also architecturely trained.
The issue is that every egress door you have is blocked, and that should have been STOPPED by the permit inspectors.
I saw it instantly when I was there in summer.
The guy has to be a flaming idiot !

ok, glad to hear all is well with all (most) peeps, so now dinner is done, going to get into robe and get into spa.

Had a ton of work this weekend, cleaning up, like most of you. So, It's time to un-lax a bit. going to take a glass of good vino and get some warm water on the ole bones with MGSU.

Had to go to a rental; we had to fix a couple of things before new tenant moves in, only to find no lectrickery so it was all done by flashlight. Hope we did okay
