Haven't read posts since early evening yesterday and I am bawling! Thinking of others and their beloved pets. Thinking of my own I've had to let go. I just want to say that I am so thankful for all my peeps on BYC and all the things we share and are so there for everyone. This is truly a family!

We had our dear beloved Chloe euthanized by our horse vet who offered to come by the house at no charge! (thank you Bo) She was still wagging her tail. The dear girl. BYC is so full of people who understand the true spirit of our pets be it horse, dog, cat, chicken etc. I don't think there is anywhere there is such a group of more caring understanding people than BYC.

This thread has a true sense of community, and camaraderie that I find quite rare in other places.

We share ideas, information, we look out for each other and have parties together. In times of trouble we try to help and in good times we celebrate.

and at the risk of a mod's ire, I like it that we come from all backgrounds, religions, political affiliations, AND IT DOESN'T MATTER, BECAUSE WE ARE "friends".

Caramel color comes in these jugs. I wash them out at work. I can get one a week. I try and pawn them off on anybody that comes to visit... Just ask Kim,Tamara,Dawn,Ruth and a few others

If any body is interested in them you can PM me! there is ONE CATCH though.... because they are free I DO NOT deliver unless I pass your house on the way home from work. Or you have a white egg laying pullet you would like to swap for

It must be in the water or something. The husband is driving me nuts. If he wants a divorce...why doesn't he just say it...quit all this "skating around" the issue. He wants to make ME the bad guy so he can tell everyone that I left him. Oh, for heavens sake. Get over it already. You do or you do NOT want to save our relationship. Which is it?

Sorry, I have no one to talk to. The only way I can "talk" to him is by texting on the phone. This is insane. I am just tired.

Well my "showing" poultry will depend on what happens in the next few days. I will always have birds, but I may not have the funds to show or to come to the shows for awhile. I am just so tired of the games. I may or may not be on here for awhile...again, I may not have the time to do so for a few days.

Sorry again, needed to vent. I am so tired of all of this I cannot even cry. I am cried out over this topic. How bad is that? Okay. See you all later. I will try to get on tonight, but can't promise anything.

Yes, these are great! That last cold spell we had, I have one of those cheap dishpans from the dollar store in each of the runs for water. Well when it froze on top, I took a stick and punched down thru the ice layer on all of them, and they are so cheap, I busted through the bottom of them on about half of them. These are a nice thick heavy duty plastic. My DH cut them all around about 9-12" up from the bottom and I use them for water dishes! RobB, put me down for a few more if I have them! Next time I have to get to Costco, I'll try and plan it on a Tuesday so I can pick them up. Unless you are coming out my way for any reason!
