DH is leaving for yet another trip to visit NorCal in the morning...so we are packing up stuff & getting shopping doen.
he will be home Sunday at the latest.
He WILL draw out plans for you all to see as soon as he can.

And after the 5th of next month, I will have 2 broody Buckeye hens each has 12 eggs and a broody Java with 11 eggs, all hatching at once, and all will be up for adoption (although I will leave each hen a few babies to raise.

Turkey hen is also broody, so will be letting her rasie 6 of her eggs...........and now Splash Lucy (ameraucana) is screaming broody too !!!!!!!!!

Next thing ya know, the dog will go broody !!!!!!!!!!!!

yup, I used a different tape for HTWWW and it came out awful, so it must be a bad tape.

I caved & gave the hen turkey 6 eggs...............As it happens, the other hen will get in there & lay her eggs with the broody hen...........so who knows how many poults will hatch ?

But the blessed event should happen on or around the 24th of next month..........after that we will have our hands full trying to pack them up to move !!!!!!!!!!

She is not happy about anyone touching her eggs or her nest ! Hissing & pecking !!!!!!!!!! Not near as crazy snarling mean as Splash Lucy the ska-reeeming broody ameraucana though !!
