Hi Everyone,

I'm new to BYC. I'm from Renton.

I'm looking for a golden sebright bantam hen and a serama hen (or they both can be at least 3 months old pullets). Please let me know if anybody has these chickens for sale. Thanks!

At what age do Seramas start to stand more up right if they are going to do it?
You have to get them "climatized" to standing and handling. The "pose" You will see as very young chicks (in really nice ones). But whenever I have tried to get a photo of ones I don't handle much or they are standing on something they are not used to....they squish down. In the pen loose, they run around and strut all the time. I have quite a few little ones right now that I am watching as they have really shown some potential. To just stand there and pose, you do need to train them, to stand there.

Okay, off chicken subject: David MADE IT!!!!! Graduation last night. We knew he would graduate...Tuesday at 3...that is how close he cut it.

David with sisters Alisha and Linda. Linda was adopoted by another family here in town - when this happened some 11 years ago (crimey time goes fast) it was suppose to be 30 day re-unification - never happened. So David - and his 2 siblings we adopted - have 1 other sister and 1 other brother adopted by another family - they are still in contact and we are all glad of this. Jason (other brother) did not come to graduation.

Okay, Seattlies, I'm on a 9:35am ferry to downtown to drop off a tricycle I sold. As of yesterday, I have a broody GLW. Anybody have any fun eggs they can part with this morning at the ferry dock (I'm walking over)?

I know, longshot, but I figured I'd ask :)
