What are you guys going to do with all of the space once you get this place done?

You'll get lost!

Rats! I missed it this year. I love going to the Scottish games (I'm part Scottish, part Irish - along with English and German... I'm a mixed breed. LOL!)

Sound like you had a great vacation.

it is our yearly trip.. and is usually bout the same time as youngest's bday. Oh I am definately a mixed breed myself: Irish, Welsh, Dutch, Scottish, English and Cherokee. The last 2 are from mom's side. LOL

I look forward to the games every year!
I so need to mark this on my calendar for next year! It sounds like soooo much fun!!! Scotland runs deep in my veins as well as Ireland too!

My little visitor to the butterfly bush right outside my kitchen window. Not sure it is the same one but I have seen a tiny frog like this for the last 3 weeks. It is setting on 1/2" pvc and that is a normal ink pen.

That little thing is adorable! I usually get the warty toad guys (not sure what they're called).
No, we tried to but the whole town was parked near the water.

We did do something similar though - we wanted to go on a picnic but there was too much rain so we camped in the garage . . . .

HOW AWESOME!!! I need to put forth some effort to change it up. After 17yrs it's easy to get bored, haha!

My 6 little nuggets (1wk old) are doing great! Ma' Belle is finally chill about us spending time with them. We ended up with 3 yellow chicks (2 of which have a few blue spots on them) and 3 bluish-black ones.

WTH? Well, I've been mostly staying away since someone wrote me that hate email this spring....not a good time in my life to try and ruin it for me...I'm still around...lurking mostly....but do check in when I can. I'm thinning my flock (not because of that rude person) but because I don't have the time anymore to devote to 100+ chickens. I hope you continue to hang around. I've met you several times and I know you're a great, honest person. :)
Please don't stay away because of some bullies and haters.

The same thing is happening here in Michigan which is why I started a new thread, https://www.backyardchickens.com/t/694588/question-for-the-moderators#post_9418326

We already framed the walls on the left~~~~~~~~~they are laying down and Einstein is PO'd about yet another Chipmunk!!!!!

So he is after it with the nail gun~~~~~~~~~~~
Looking good there, CL! Tell Gary not to waste nails on the chipmunks, they're for the house.

Most of the door is there too as is the track. It's missing one of the pannels when you drop it down. I told him I could just make one for the top that was a window or screen and keep a couple sheep in there. He just doesn't like it. Mom thinks it would be the worlds best wood shed. Just put pallets down and start stacking. Water will pool in front of it during winter, but not inside. It's up on a little hill. I need to get some dirt to raise the ground up about 3 inches in a 4x12 area and there won't be a puddle there.
Maybe paint the side white so he can watch movies or TV on it with buddies, maybe then he will like it? I think this would be great for storage, and already in place!

If they are a contractor they should have accounts to buy materials up front. They can structure their contract to be paid in phases like when materials delivered etc.
Over thirty years in construction and I can tell you stories that make you cry of people trusting others because they talk the talk but walk your money to the bank never to be heard from again.
