Same old nerve and joint pain in my neck, shoulders, and arms as usual, only I more than just a little bit overdid it on this trip. I have an appointment with a pain specialist on the 4th!

I hope they figure out what is causing it! That's terrible. You're too young for that kind of pain.

Well I finally got caught up for now. I really should take another dose of pain meds, and start scrubbing the floor. I am completely out numbered by nasty little boy dogs. I hasn't helped that the puppies daddy came to stay, while his mom and dad are in Europe for the next couple of weeks.

My daughter and her DH are going to see his folks in the Netherlands for the first 2 weeks of Sept. They will be going to visit his sister in Finland, and then are planning to spend time camping some place in France. I am almost envious of their trip, but I also know how important it is to my DSiL to spend time with his parents.

Anyway I need to get busy and mop the nasty floor. I had it clean last Sunday, but the mutts have had to much fun all week making a mess of my house.

Cheryl- looks like our girls are the same age! Mine just turned 4 August 14th! Bet they'd have fun, where are you located again? On my phone, can't stalk you right now

How funny! Chloe just turned 4 on the 26th! We are located just outside of Kingston, but our address is a Poulsbo zip code. Go ahead and stalk away! lol

You name the day! The kids go back to school on Wednesday. I thought they went back later in the week. Bummer.

I'm so glad to finally have down time. I really needed down time. This summer was crazy (in a great way).

Nope, not kidding. In fact, it is not too early for your family to attend an AHS information night. We regularly got people whose kids were still in fifth or sixth grade, but they wanted to see what the environment was like, meet the staff and students, etc.

I managed flight crew training for a cargo airline in a former life, so I'm pretty familiar with CBTs. I have heard good things about the MS flight sim group from folks that worked there. We still use a custom version of Flight Sim for our Aviation Learning Center at the Museum of Flight, where I'm a part time educator. In fact, we should talk. I also work part time at a flight school at Boeing Field and would be happy to talk with you about your son and flying and so on.

Several peeps on here are pilots...Totalcolour, Kaneke (who I haven't heard from in ages!), me and Teva's DH is a skydiving instructor. Probably more I don't know about.
