Well I'm off to see if the girls have managed to dig a crater while I've been in the house. Have a good day guys!

My girls make our gardens look like we've had a sudden storm of meteors (meteorites? I'm too lazy to look it up). At least you have only three...for now!

My, oh, my!
I leave for a couple days to throw my daughter a Sweet Sixteen party and now I'm 300 plus posts behind!!!
It was a fabulous party, if I say so myself!
I think we had close to 50 guests.
So much fun starting with a DJ for the first 4 plus hours and ending with a bunch of really nice kids all cuddled around the fire pit talking into the night.
Here's a photo of the cake. (I'd be happy to send contact information for the baker if you are looking for something special. Love her work!)
I love my chickens, I love having parties but ...... I better get to work soon!
On the other hand, what's another few minutes on BYC gonna hurt, right?
Gorgeous cake. I love it when a party goes so well like you have described.

My mother made a few of these types of cakes for baby showers when I was a little girl. I think that I lost my only fashion doll to one of those cakes. (

Quote: I will have a bunch of perennials this year, and I would love to trade. Most of my blues were new this year. But I have a lot of Cala Lilly, and Day lillies. I will have some nearly purple Bee Balm, plus what ever else needs to be divided. Of course some of it will depend on how much I can get done by myself. I should have some Forsythia bushes also.

Hello fellow Washingtonians! I just wanted to introduce myself since I am very new to this website! I am Leah, I live in Woodinville, and I have 5 chickens and 2 ducks (so far lol). Looking forward to making some new friends!

It moves fast but don't be afraid of that.
