And had gluten free oatmeal for breakfast. Put cranberries and blueberries in it.

I actually followed the serving size too and only did half cup instead of doubling it like I sometimes do. :lau

I’m starving now lol

Also made a shake but made it way too big so only drank one big glass and put the rest in the fridge.

Though I did just drink more of it a couple hours ago lol

Probably shouldn’t have :lau

Saving the rest for breakfast tomorrow.

I also had 2 glasses of green tea this morning. I was gonna have a third and might still but figured I shouldn’t have so much caffeine lol
 
This was breakfast and the shake. 1 teaspoon each of organic turmeric root powder and cocoa/cacao? powder and a heaping scoop of my collagen protein powder but idk what size the scoop is lol and a big glob of honey. Shake tasted nasty but gulped it down lol
