Can the order of these be switched?
Can each user change the order of the titles to their personal preference?

No and no. The location of the featured threads archive sub navigation tab is defined by the add-on, so it can't be easily changed.

Ya, I don't really care for the "Featured Threads" ever showing up in 1st position. Since we can't change the order, I think we may want to remove it from the navigation until we figure out a better solution.
