Water Belly?

My father brought home new hens and this one has a descended belly that's soft, she lays on her side a lot but does walk and eat. She also has a wheeze to her breathing. I had a hen with water belly before but it hung more front than back like this one. Does she have water belly? Wondering if I should put her out of her pain if she's in any?

she's walking around and eating fine, acting normal now. She may have been laying around due to the stress of moving.
