There could also be a crop problem, so be sure to check the crop early in the morning. If the chick could not get enough water, it might have a slight impacted crop. But I would start Corid just in case. It is better to be safe than sorry.

**UPDATE**
She seems quite better this morning. She's eating, drinking, walking around. Still a little slow but much better. And the water in her crop is gone. I'm sitting in the run waiting for her to poop to see if it's runny. If it is runny should I start s....oh! There it is she just pooped. Yep, it's runny....hmmm looks like there's maybe worms?? I did put some ACV in their water before she got sick....could it maybe just be that she's expelling them? @Eggcessive
