Water came out of her mouth

Continuing, that amount of blood loss is a serious assault on the chicken's body. If you continue to see this amount of blood in the stools, you can expect shock to set it as organs are deprived of oxygenated blood and begin shutting down, including the heart.

If this chicken does not reopen her eyes, and she lies down and remains motionless with eyes closed, I would expect death to occur within hours.

This is conjecture in view of a scant amount of information, other than the bloody photos. None of this may play out if we get more updated and descriptive information as to the behavior of this chicken in real time.
So her crop symptoms started I think last Tuesday, this is the first I’ve seen the blood in stool , I know she’s in bad shape, I told my husband he may have to put her down tonight, I hate to see her suffering. When I touch her she talks 😢

And how long from Tuesday did you bring her home?

Is she continuing to poop blood? Do you have a coccidiostat (Corid) on hand? If so, you can try syringing about .5ml into her beak of undiluted Corid.

Are you in the US? It would help us to know so we know what resources you have access to,

She had some in the nesting box she slept in last nite, three piles during our time outside. I haven’t been back up to my barn since I put her in a cage, she has scrambled eggs and heated water.
I did give her 2 tsp corid . That was told to me somewhere łøł
I’m in the US , northern lower Michigan

Can you let us know exactly when you brought her to your place? And how many days was it from that first day and when these symptoms began? It would be nice to have something besides all these guesses as to what might be causing this bleeding.
September 25th I got her
Last Tuesday I’m sure was when I picked her up and water came out her mouth
Yesterday I noticed dark poop , didn’t notice it was blood until today

Thank you. You've had her for a little over three months. That's plenty of time to develop coccidiosis, except in your location, it's unlikely this parasite would be a problem in the soil due to winter temps, though not impossible.

It will do no harm to give her another drench dose of Corid tomorrow and a third the next day. If there's improvement in her condition, then it would point to coccidiosis.

Do you happen to have access to any pigeon supply shops or pet stores that sell pigeon supplies? Ask for pigeon sulfa. It's an antibiotic that treats inflammation of the intestines. It won't hurt to treat her for that and see if she can improve.

The way we approach health issues here is to treat the symptoms and see what we can rule out, hopefully arriving at a tentative diagnosis or/and see a bird get well.

Not sure if this helps but she said earlier this hen has never laid an egg since she had her.
