At day 5, you may not see much during candling. You might wait a few days. Soon you should start to see some veins growing.

You might want to head over to our quail section for help with your button quail. You will want to use jelly jar lids with tiny stones in them for their water for the first week. Buttons are very tiny and cannot reach into standard waterers, but they can drown very easily. Here is the link to our quail section. And also I'm on my 5 th day a yet dont see any veins can it be just that its to dark
 
The OP was asking about water candling so veins are not part of the Q
I just watched a couple of you tube videos as I had not heard of doing it like this before.

I am going to try it on one of my Goose Eggs as they go pretty dark inside quite quickly and I have one that may or may not be any good I just can't tell.
