Water coming from chickens mouth

Don’t know if I’m posting right but…….

So a few days ago I went out to make sure all my girls where up and shut the door to the coop and I felt something wet hit my arm. I was like WTH was that yuck. I thought one of them just pooped on my arm but it was clear. Now 2 days later it happened again but I saw it. It was like she was throwing up water, it just poured out of her mouth. She’s eating and drinking acting normal. She gives me a egg every day. She’s my only daily layer. Just got 13 of them in April and only 2 are giving me presents lol. She’s on the smaller side, she doesn’t look bloated or anything. Am I worrying over nothing? Any advice?

if her crop is full, she might have gotten too excited or shaken up and bubbled over, not to worry. ;]

No, she was already up ready for bed. On her roost bar.

OK. Re-check her crop first thing in the morning before she's had anything to eat/drink to make sure it's emptying.

She may have just drank a lot of water and it spilled out when you checked on her, but it's always good to make sure the crop is functioning properly.

Let us know if the crop is emptying.

Thank you. I checked her this morning, everything look and felt fine. She was actually waiting for me at the door to get out. I’m just worried this is my first time raising chickens.
