I just just keep over all temps between 99 and 102. I haven't used a wiggler though, so can't advise on that.

Over 100F is a little high, esp. as *a little low* is generally safer than high. I would make very small adjustments over a period of several hours and see if I could bring the wriggler temp. down to 99.5F

Put 2 water bottles in it to simulate the mass of 24 eggs. A wiggler should fluctuate much at all.
