Water woes

No good ideas from me... my only house birds have been peafowl or the occasional duck that I'll stick in the bathroom or in a crate.

"Destructonator", LOL! I've never had a Jack but several friends have, and I've lived with terriers my entire life. I feel your pain, I truly do.
