Waterfowl(and other fowl) Tractors?

my ducks like to sit someplace sheltered. They like a place to get out of my almost constant wind.

But they don't retreat to the coop, they pick a spot up against my solid fence (plastic) and sit there.

That is why I thought they would really like a bit of tarp, but wouldn't need a full shelter.
