Hello everybody! Welcome to the Waterfowl Contest!
This is a joint contest between Chicken_boy and I, so we will alternate posting. We will also be the judges. The awards will be thus: Best of Show (will recieve a charcoal drawing of their bird if they want it), and 1st place and runner up in each category (ducks, geese, etc.).
These are the categories:
Ducks
Geese
Swans
Wild Birds
Other Waterfowl
RULES:
1) can be any sort of waterfowl (ducks, geese, etc) but please say which type.
2) wild birds will be welcome, but please mention that it is wild and place it in the Wild Birds category.
3) Include breed
4) Include (if possible) age and gender
5) Include (if possible) name
6) If you like you can include the bird's "story" (ie, how you got it, special features/habits it may have, etc.) for bonus points! Even a small note about its personality will be fine!
7) judging will be based upon breed representation, photo quality, and beauty/cuteness of bird. And, as mentioned above, you can get bonus for a story.
8) This is the most important rule of all: HAVE FUN! I know that lots of BYC people have waterfowl, so here's your chance to show them!

Story: Bella and her sister are rescue ducks; we've ahd them a year. She is a very good layer.
