Muscovy will breed with mallard derived ducks. Even though I raised my scovies separate, my welsh drake bred my scovie hen last spring and I got a whole clutch of mules!

And larger ducks can and will breed with calls. But it's less likely for a male call to breed a larger duck due to size.
But as mentioned, during heavy breeding season keep calls separate if possible so they don't get squashed by larger ducks
