GB super cute picture.

testing done for yet another year. 80 degrees and high humidty so not typical forus this time of the year, but we sweated through holding everyone. The Dewlaps are getting HUGE, and were more than two arm fulls.

C, is the testing ya'll did to keep your NPIP going?

Lydia yes it was, we had been schedule twice, but had to reschedule both to yesterday so we could have all dewlaps here before testing. Glad we did too since we had to have all of them tested, otherwise we would have had to have the state back out to retest everything. Figures though we picked December for the reschedule thinking we would be cool and comfy. Yesterday was 80 and high humidity, today is breezy and 70's lol.

Hubby and I looked like we had been butchering all day with the blood splatters from wings after doing all the birds.

No pics. Baby is making a pig of herself with the food these days. One foot is curled up now, I'm hoping it recovers for walking soon. Shes feeling good, and is fairly mobile, but not enough to be in with the other birds.

Lucky is getting white stuff in her eyes like baby used to have. I'm afraid if she doesn't get going soon, its gonna be too late for her.

The city prosecuter called me today. She was shocked they'd let the dogs go after 3 days, they were supposed to be helf for 10. She gave me the name of the dog owner, but I wasn't where I could wright it down. She is going to pursue having the dogs put down, since dogs that kill stock are supposed to be put down. She's also pursing getting money, and I'm forwarding her the estimate for replacements from Celtic. Since I didn't insist the dogs be put down, she's going to use the fact that they should be to try and get the owner to pay the full amount right away, in order to spare his dogs lives.

Marty do you think if you made Baby a shoe using something rigid to place her foot out on and then used vet wrap to hold it in place? and I am so sorry Lucky isn't improving much, if you have some triple antibiotic or something similar to use in her eyes? or Terrimycin [sp]eye ointment?
