Here are a few pictures I have shared before.

My that is some red water. I have never seen pond water that red. Very pretty though. The geese are lovely.

There are ponds around here that can be quite orange because of the clay but with the draught they are dried up now.

There are ponds around here that can be quite orange because of the clay but with the draught they are dried up now.

Our pond water always looks dirty, but it´s because of the colour of the soil, almost as red as yours. It gets worse when the geese and ducks stir it up. It still looks mucky brown/red when the water is actually running clear, as our water comes from springs in the red soil.
