Watery eggs and chicken with foam in eyes??

I free range my birds and give them plent layer pellet with added protein and high omega.... ??? So why from time to time are my egg whites almost like water??? And I have one bird out of many that has a foam substance on her eye?????? Infection?? Any remedies??
